The portal for 2026-2027 is NOW OPEN.
Parents of athletes in grades 7-12 who participate in sports at Fairfield Union are required to complete online registration through the OneView Parent Portal.
ALL SPORT ATHLETES NEED TO REGISTER THROUGH ONEVIEW, INCLUDING ALL CLUB SPORTS GRADES 7-12

Students may NOT tryout for a sport without the following 2 items completed:
Fill out ONLINE student forms through the Parent OneView System (instructions below)
If you do not have computer access please contact Mrs. Throckmorton at the District Office for assistance (740-536-7384)
Print and fill out the paper
OHSAA PHYSICAL FORM
and obtain a physical for your student from a physician. Once this form is signed by a physician it must be turned in the Athletic Director or building secretary. (Forms are also available at the MS and HS Offices)
Physicals are active for one calendar year.
**Please allow 24 hours to process your Online Registration and physical forms, therefore,
you must complete online forms at least one business day PRIOR to the tryout date, please plan ahead.
Once your forms are completed, each coach can view your registration through the OneView Coach’s portal. The coach can also check your physical expiration date in the portal.

Pre-Participation Physical - must be completed by the parent and the physician and returned to the Athletic Director.
