The district will transition to a 
Modified Green Status Level on Monday, December 7, 2020.

Red Status Level Schedule

Monday through Thursday Schedule:  
Teacher work day 
7:45 a.m.-3:15 p.m.

Student attendance will be monitored through the Google check in each day as well as students turning in assignments.

Period 1        8:00 - 8:30

Period 2        8:45 - 9:15

Period 3        9:30 - 10:00

Period 4        10:15 - 10:45

Period 5        11:00 - 11:30

Lunch            11:30 - 12:15

Period 6        12:15 - 12:45

Period 7        1:00 - 1:30

Period 8        1:45 - 2:15

Period 9        2:30 - 3:00

Friday Schedule: Teacher Work Day 7:45 - 1:15

Staff related meetings      7:45-9:00

Office Hours                     9:00-11:00

Lunch                               11:00 - 11:45

Each staff member will maintain two (2) evening office hours each week for parents and students.

Now Available! Charles Kilburger Scholarship Application

The Charles Kilburger Scholarship is offered for students who are enrolled and begin their studies full-time at Ohio University Lancaster Campus or Pickerington Center; student should reside in Fairfield County, OH; students may transfer with this scholarship to the Athens campus as academic programming requires; students must maintain a 2.7 or above GPA to maintain the scholarship for four years; preference will be given to students who demonstrate financial need based on federal financial aid standards, as determined by the University's financial aid office. 

The deadline to apply for the scholarship is January 15, 2021.

Olivia Mahler

2020 Zonta Outstanding Woman of the Year Nominee

Fairfield Union High School is proud to announce Olivia Mahler as our nominee for the 2020 Zonta Outstanding Woman of the Year.

The Zonta Club of Columbus is part of Zonta International, a service organization of business and professional executives dedicated to Empowering Women and Girls through Service and Advocacy.  Zonta promotes and encourages the young women in central Ohio to aspire to leadership positions in careers and service.

The Zonta Club of Columbus’ scholarship recipient will be eligible to submit an application to our district for consideration to Zonta International for the Young Women in Public Affairs award. This award is bestowed on pre-university women who have demonstrated achievement and leadership in student and community activity; international awareness and concern for the status of women in our country and women worldwide.  If the District selects the application for submission to Zonta International for that award, she will receive an additional $1000 from the District. Five Zonta International award recipients each receive $4000.  Of note, the 2011 Zonta Club of Columbus nominee was one of the five international awards.  You can find additional information on these scholarships on the Zonta International web site (www.zonta.org).

2020 High School Heisman Scholarship Winner

Congratulations to Elise Conrad for being named the 2020 Heisman Scholarship winner for Fairfield Union in recognition of outstanding academics, athletics and service!  She now moves on to the State Level of the contest.

Congratulations to our FFA members who were recently recognized as Livestock Representatives for the Fairfield County Fair.  These youth have worked hard to excel within their respective species and receive this honor.  Congratulations to these 4-H and FFA members on this outstanding accomplishment!
