Monday featured a low scoring pitchers duel in which the Falcons came out on the short end losing 3-1. The Falcon offense again struggled to get runners on the bases, collecting only 3 hits. Dilcher, Forson and Gage Hammond each collected one hit each. Micha Hartman drove in the Falcons only run in the 7th inning.
Dylan Chilcote went 5 innings, allowing 2 earned runs on 5 hits, striking out 6 and walking 3, he also hit one batter.
After the weekend the Falcons record stands at 8-4 and 4-2 in the league. No time to feel sorry for themselves, the baseball team travels to BC on wednesday, Circleville on Thursday and hosts the Aces of Amanda on Friday.
