Mrs. McCandlish’s class finished up their SEL study of “Charlotte’s Web” recently. Students made their own spiders, made an art with a word in the web, as well as experimented with making balloonist spiders like those in the story.

Third graders have been busy learning about maps in social studies. We recently created landform maps out of salt dough. The finishing touches were painting them and making a map key to go with them. Students also used their map skills to answer questions about places like the World of Fortnite, the Magic Kingdom, and Washington D.C.
