The girls soccer team battled to a 2-2 tie at Bloom Carroll on Saturday night. Katie McMahon got the scoring started early with a DEEP shot over the goalkeepers outstretched hands. The Bulldogs tied it up, but Peyton Hughes scored off a corner kick to put the Falcons ahead 2-1. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough as they gave up the tying goal with just under 5 minutes to play. Mayece Martindill finished with 17 saves and the defense put on a fantastic performance. The Girls improved to 7-1-1 on the year and head to state ranked Bishop Rosecrans 9/11 to play at 5:30.
