All school staff members in Fairfield County have been designated eligible to receive the COVID vaccination beginning this week. Due to the large number of school personnel in Fairfield County, Fairfield Medical Center and the Fairfield Department of Health designated specific dates and times for each staff member in the county to receive a vaccination.
Fairfield Union staff members have been given vaccination times on Thursday, February 25 during regular school hours. Due to the time schedule of vaccinations, Fairfield Union will be forced to operate in a Red Status Level on Thursday, February 25. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are extremely hopeful this will be a big step in allowing Fairfield Union to return to a normal Green Status Level.
