The Falcons defeated the Liberty Union Lions last night 4-1. Pitching was excellent on the day as Eli Wolfe went 5 innings and surrendered 1 run on 3 hits, he walked 1 and struck out 4. Jacob Forson went the last two innings giving up no runs or hits and striking out 2.
The offense came through in the 6th inning, Ben Barringer singled, Brady Andrews reached on a bunt and a 2 out single up the middle by Chase Harmon put the Falcons on top. The Falcons added two more runs in the top of the 7th, Gage Hammond and Angelo Galella scored on a Micha Hartman double to left field.
