Fairfield Union's Vocational Agricultural department saw drastic changes in its course offerings this year. One of those changes included a year-long forestry course. Judd Baker, a long time Industrial Arts instructor at Fairfield Union, is now the third agricultural education instructor and teacher of the new forestry course. As result of the course, Fairfield Union started its first ever forestry team. The team competed in the state forestry competition at Hocking College in Nelsonville on October 3rd and placed 21st out of 38 teams.
